What is group coaching exactly?Group coaching is Life Coaching in a group format. It's where a group of individuals come together collectively to achieve a common goal.

How does it differ from individual coaching?As opposed to group coaching, where the curriculum or coaching module is decided beforehand, based on a common goal of a group of individuals and targets common surface based issues, individual coaching allows for a more personalized experience by going deeper, targeting issues within the individual which requires an individualized personal plan of action.

What are the benefits of group coaching?In order to understand the benefits of group coaching, it's important to have an idea of what individual coaching is. Individual coaching is premium coaching and can be very very expensive due to the amount of time invested in 1:1 sessions and in the creation of individualized coaching programs. Even though the peronal transformation you will achieve is well worth the investment The truth is, not everyone can afford it. Coaching for less: Group coaching however, group coaching is offered at a drastically reduced rate and is therefore, an affordable option that offer's the same results in an achievment circle of collective individuals who seek to accomplish the same or similar goals. Support: The support you will get within a group coaching platform is phenominal! Being surrounded by people of like minds and sharing common struggles allows you to open your heart and let your gaurd down because seeing other people in the same position as you let's you know that you are not alone nor behind.It puts you in a position to overcome obstacles and suceed together. Accountability: Showing up for those who veiw you as a source of strength & support is a force not to be reckoned with! Inspiration: Unlike 1:1 coaching, group coaching allows you to witness the success of others in 3D format. You get to see the transformation in real time and share in the techniques that your coaching buddies use as they strive to accomplish thier goals. Hot seat: Within every weekly group session, there is a "hot seat" where group members are chosen to share their success, get help with a matter or advise in accomplishing their goal. This is a fun way to not only get the individual coaching you may need, but it typically answers to the common concerns of others within the group. Group coaching is time effective for the coach and cost effective for the coachee.
